  • Through phone or in-person consultation, we gather information that will build and develop an ideal vacation for you and your loved one. We take into consideration things like activity preferences, travel style, energy level, budget, interests, food preferences, and more.

• SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION

  • We sift through dozens of flight routes, hotels and resorts, rental car providers, transportation options, websites and tour operators to find the supplier and route that best matches your vacation wants and needs.

  • We read details of each hotel, room category, amenity, flight route, etc. to ensure it matches your travel wants and needs.

• OPEN COMMUNICATION

  • We read the fine print. We read every cancellation policy, change policy, and communicate those to you in plain English so you know what you’re paying for and what would happen in the event of an unforeseen circumstance arises.

• ​CONCIERGE-STYLE SERVICE

  • We act as a personal assistant to you before, during, and after your trip until you get home to help navigate any speed bumps, delays, cancellations, or issues. We act as a direct line to suppliers and make phone calls to suppliers for you when needed so you can enjoy your vacation stress-free.

  • We are by your side (virtually) throughout your trip to offer you customized, personal, thorough assistance in all aspects of your trip. We are available via email, phone or messaging services such as WhatsApp.

  • We are your advocates. Should something go wrong with a supplier, we do our best within our power to make sure your experience and happiness is not compromised.

• TRIP PLANNER

  • We build an entire itinerary for you that lays out each and every detail we have discussed and agreed on. This includes check-in times, check-out times, car pick-up and drop-off details, maps and routes, public transportation schedules and tickets, flight info and more. We neatly package and deliver this itinerary to you via email and/or physical mail so you have a copy handy at all times.

• TRAVEL AGENT​

  • Once happy with the proposals you have been presented, we make the bookings for you with a secure payment authorization system. We only use your credit card to make payments so you keep the points!​

• TRIP MANAGER

  • We research and advise you of any travel notifications, warnings, or restrictions as they come up, if they come up. This is crucial when living and traveling through a pandemic. 

  • We help navigate you through purchasing Travel Protection. These Protection plans are invaluable during pandemic times in the event of an emergency, illness, death, or other unexpected roadblock.

• EXPERTISE

  • Your Travel Planner uses personal experiences, as well as advice from a network of lifelong travelers, to suggest destinations, accommodations, dining and experiences that you may not think of, elevating your travel experience one step further.
